How long does it take for meth to kill you when you have overdosed?

It’s now 1:30pm Monday. I smoked a lot of meth Sunday from about 3am to 11am. I’m not a regular user, the last time before this recent time was over a year ago. This time though I used a lot and I’m experiencing a lot of overdose symptoms. is it possible for me to die right now even though i haven’t used in over 24 hours? Is the process of meth overdose a days-long process?
