ok so i violated my probation i live in pensacola fl. how long will it take to get the warrant for my arest the letter was sent to the judges assistant this fri so when will the warrant be out for me. how long will it take want to savor my freedom. thats my main Q now if anyone ccan tell me this the probation officer says she recommends community control because i violated by have dirty urine but i am suppose to have a drug rebiltation program to goto but the program hasnt have a bed yet so is that any ground of helping me when i goto the judge i havent had any treatment for my drug addiction. thx

As soon as the judge reads the letter, he can issue a bench warrant, so assume the letter went out Friday, he has it in his hands by today, the warrant could be active as early as right now.

The warrant has to be sent out to someone to serve it, and assuming you aren’t hiding, they know your address, you could be picked up as early as tonight, but within the week I would say is a safer assumption.

Most likely the probation officer will call you and let you know that you are violated, and it is in your best interest to turn yourself in……
