One of my friends tried one and a half yellow star pokeballs last friday and he told me that his mom might drug test him soon
do you think it will show up in the test?
he is really concered about it and is wondering if he should just confess before the test to seem more honest or just take the test

yes it will show up. Ecstasy stays in the system for weeks.

“Ecstasy stay detectable in your body on an average 3-5 days depending on weight and age.
MDMA or Ecstasy is usually detectable in urine for 24-72 hours after use. Less than 1% of MDMA remains after 48 hours. MDMA usually is metabolized within 48 hours and therefore the urine would be clean 24 hours after. This amount will not be detectable in blood or urine samples. However, Ecstasy users may test positive for amphetamines in the standard drug test. MDMA is not tested specifically for in the standard urine drug tests. However MDMA users do test positive for amphetamines (the two drugs are chemically similar). Also, many tablets of street ecstasy are not pure MDMA and frequently include ecstasy tablets may contain other substances in addition to MDMA, such as ephedrine (a stimulant); dextromethorphan (DXM, a cough suppressant that has PCP-like effects at high doses); ketamine (an anesthetic also has PCP-like effects); coffeine; cocaine; and methamphetamine, which will show up in a test.”
