I have a sister who I found out is doing crack reall heavy. She is now concerned that her job knows and may want to drug test her. So she is wondering how long it remains in her system

It will be in the urine for 2 weeks and could be another week if they are heavy users, and in the hair indefinitely but they only test for 6 months on your hair.
