Question by Sarah Bean: how long after i quit drinking coffee (and caffeinated beverages) will i keep getting headaches?
i’m on a new medication and have to avoid all caffeine. i drank about 2 cups of coffee a day for a long time (which is not all that much), and now i’m to quit cold turkey. today i have a migraine. how long can i expect to keep getting caffeine withdrawal headaches? a week? two weeks?
