How is recovery and the end of recession different?

Question by Investors_noob: How is recovery and the end of recession different?
I’ve heard a lot of discussion lately about economic recovery, but some experts agree with in sight of the end of recession but not a recovery, can someone explain it to me? thank you

The end of a recession means we will not lose anymore. Recovery means that we have to rebuild everything back to the way it was.
