How hard is it to replace a crank in a 1998 dodge caravan?

Question by Leo: How hard is it to replace a crank in a 1998 dodge caravan?
Someone offered me one for free but it needs a new crank and I am not great with cars, so is this something I could learn to do?
If not how expensive do you think it be for a mechanic to do?

Better to get a rebuilt engine in there, then trying to just replace the crankshaft. Very expensive, and labor intensive.
