A company makes a drug for third world countries and will not make much money. How does that increase social capital for it and who trusts who? The company trusts the people or the people trusts the company?

most companies do not make a drug for third world countries. They make their money from rich countries and then whatever they lose in third world countries is a huge tax write off. Nothing social about that. They are in business to make money for the company and shareholders.
