My best friend in the entire world has been snorting cocaine for about three months now. She will openly admit that she is addicted. I am so worried. She will not go to any kind of meeting or rehab, she just wants advice on how to quit. She wants to stop using cocaine, but she doesn’t know how. Please help?

Even if she stops, she will still have an addiction. she needs to go to rehab and get everything sorted out that way
