you just try this:
1.Stop all programs, press Ctrl+Alt+Del same time at windows, than select task manager to check the processes, what programs are jumping on the CPU section. If only have explore.exe .system edle and taskmgr.exe, system is ok, otherwise write down and check is it install by you.
2.Run the command “msconfig” at start–>run–>msconfig, than select the startup, disable the one which you think it may be buddy spy or you write down before.
