How do you check somebody in a drug rehab?

If your friend has a meth drug problem but no money because he doesn’t work. How do you check somebody into rehab? or how do you get the necessary steps to help somebody that has been doing this for 14 years? Is there hope for somebody like that? Help me to help my friend!! in Rancho Cucamonga, CA
