Question by : How do we use ” at any rate” in a sentence and” in black and white” in another?
Please suggest separate sentences for each, and note that ” in black in white ” here refers to the importance of certain matter, For eg , the instructions are written in BLACK AND WHITE so that they can be easily read by all.
