ok so this is my annoymonous account because i dont want my contacts to know i cut myself and i have a lot of contacts so yea
nothing bad is happening in my life right now
i started cutting 2 weeks ago for 6 days then stopped till now and i really want to cut myself but i know its not good so help me how do i stop?
and i know this is a problem so no rude answers ok?
i cant talk to anyone too because my friend who knows is on a airplane and they make them shut off their phones so yea
and i cant tell my parents because they were the reason i started cutting and i just dont wanna tell them
so yea i have no reason i wanna cut now its just addicting so help me stop

Try listening to music. Read, or write poetry. Go for a run or a walk. Play with your animals. Watch a movie.
If you really need to feel pain, flick a rubber band on your arm. That helps me sometimes.
If you need to talk to someone, you can email or IM me. I know what your are going through.
Please don’t cut. The more you do it, the more addictive it becomes. You will end up cutting so much that you can’t stop. It will become all that you think about. I don’t want you to end up like this. Please don’t cut.
