Question by Danielle P: How do I reformat an Acer laptop without a recovery disk or recovery partition?
I have an Acer laptop which is running Windows Vista… it some how got a virus. I have tried to do a system restore and it did not work. I’ve tried running a recovery option from the BIOS screen and all I keep getting is that Windows Start Up Error thing. How do I go about reformatting the Acer without having a recovery partition or the recovery disks?

you have a get all the drivers (check acer website and model) then you have to get a Vista DVD with a license to get things done.
