Question by Keely: How do I perform a system RECOVERY on my computer?
I have a Compaq Presario desk top computer. I need to perform a system recovery, not a system restore. I need to return it to the “out of box” state. Is the windows recovery information on the desktop? I recently did a recovery on my laptop and did not need a windows 7 disk. Is it built in??
Those are my two question. How to start recovery and is the back up disk on the hard drive of the Compaq Presario.

Vista and Seven have a “Recovery system”
When you reboot your computer before Windows start up, a message appear “Press f4 to setup”
“Press f11 to Recovery Mode”
You check what key is and you press it.

*Be careful, please make a back up before you do that
*You won`t need and CD after the recovery mode.
The Recovery system will install all you need to work
Then you install the programs (like office)
