Extract pseudoephedrine from cold medicine.

Reduce the hydroxyl group in pseudoephedrine to a methyl group using hydroiodic acid (generated in situ by heating red phosphorus and iodine).

Don’t even think about doing it unless you’re a halfway competent chemist.
