Question by Drew: How do I get my mom to see that she needs to be in rehab?
I suspected she was abusing something, so got a sample of her hair and sent it off for testing. It came back positive for cocaine, I confronted her with the results and she admitted it. But it has taken a month of story changing to find out it has been going on for at least 5 years. She even at one point took my brother’s ADHD medicine when she couldn’t hook up with her connection.

You can’t force someone to go to rehab. the only alternative is to get yourself and your brother away from her before she does something that will hurt one of you. Then call NA for support.
