without major parent consent.
So my friend’s parents have substance abuse issues. But they refuse to believe what they are doing is wrong for their daughter. They will not sign over guardianship papers. She is 14. My parents are willing to be her guardians, however they will not sign over, is there anyway a judge will do anything about this???

Very very unlikely…you would have to report them…and the parents would have to be declared unfit…then they would likely go to other parents..
