my cousin just died on sunday and the funeral and burial was yesterday and today
he committed suicide while on crystal meth and left the world with two loving daughters ages 9 and 6 …..

i keep breaking down crying and feeling i cant let go …… i wish i had spent more time with him ….

and before he died after he shot himself on the head[ he was on lifesupport in a coma] i got to say my last words to him

i still feel i cant get over it and it hurts… how do i …. what can i do …

you cant do anything, its why they call it grief, only time will patch it up.
