how do i ask him?

as u mite know i am in rehab 4 crystal meth, my brother and his fiance had their first baby on wednesday, i really would like to meet her but they say that shes still too small to bring out,im here for at least 5 more weeks. i am ok to see her and im dying to meet her. how can i tell him that i wont hurt her or that i will be decent about it?
