Question by LSD: How can you tell if one is seriously overdosing from an opiate? Most sites just list typical side effects.?
I have a close friend who freebases heroin and Fentanyl. While I don’t approve, I often see her when she is clearly high. All of the websites I consulted mention dizziness, nausea, confusion, fatigue, and pinpointed pupils. However, these are typical side effects whether one is “overdosing” or not. I want to basically know what severity of these symptoms are truly a fatal problem. I realize the silliness of this question, because I feel that doing these drugs at ALL is going to always be an “overdose” situation, but I need to know when it’s actually time to worry.
