How can I quit drinking coffee?

Question by ayoo: How can I quit drinking coffee?
Is there anything that will help me quit? I have tried many times before but as soon as I wake up in the morning, I crave it. I need to stop drinking it because it causes me to shake, be very nervous, and sometimes even twitch. Help?
