How can I perform system recovery on a Dell D820 Latitude?

Question by ashash07: How can I perform system recovery on a Dell D820 Latitude?
I am positive that my sisters laptop is corrupted with a virus. I read that i can perform a recovery by pressing CTRL+F-11 at start up, but my only options are safe mode, last known good configuration, and start normally, system recovery is not in the options. With that said can some one please tell me how to return the laptop to factory settings for a Dell d820 laptop please.

use F8 on bootup toget the right screen
