how can i help some one i truly love with an addiction (meth)?

ok im in love with some one who is addicted to meth i have known him for a very long time he is getting out of prison in aug and i dont know what i can do for him i need to know what i could do to make it easier on him to keep off it as i know its been in and out of jails for him scince 1995 so i just need to know how can this work for us?
