Question by GrassRootsRabbits: How can I help local kids that have been affected by METH?

I was watching a show on KUED about the effects of meth on little kids. one kid had a beaker strapped to his crib anoughter had chicken that was tainted with meth. how can I help these little kids????I cant foster, I dont have the room and I dont have very much money. But I need to get involved
