Question by Astrid: How can i get my ipod touch out of recovery mode, it will not restore either?
I tried to restore my ipod the other day, but there was an error, and it is now stuck in recovery mode.
I have an ipod touch 4g and i am running the latest version of itunes, and i have tried to restore it on two different computers.
Whenever i try to restore it, it comes up with the error ” The ipod could not be restored. An unknown error occured (20008)”
Please help. Also, resetting the ipod with the home/lock keys doesnt resolve it.

stop in the Apple store and ask the Genius bar.
They can do it for you in a couple minutes
