What is the ‘quota’. I wonder, for a police officer in this town, as far as their daily need to bring in these types of ‘challenge proof’ tickets? How does the average citizen even start to fight such baseless, cant-be-proven-wrong charges? Pacing is nothing more than a ‘license’ for police in these situations to lie. Period. Harsh words, but when this evidence mounts we’re posting, the scam this type of speeding ticket is will be exposed. I’m sure I will not get out of this without some retaliatory bruises to my life from the ‘powers that be’, but so what? Right is right, and wrong always smells bad.
