ok so ya in the past 8 or 9 mounths i have been in a psychatric hospitals three times for suicide attemts and now i have family and counslers and alot of other people trying to send me to rehab but its not yet to the point where they can force me so i have to find a way to treat ptsd and suicidal behavior and a pretty severe drug addiction to pot and pills and halucinigenics all on my own just so i dont have to go to a rehab center or another hospital !!!! plus i wont be able to see or speak to my girlfriend or even any friends at that for three to six mounths if i have to go to any of those places so ya any advice ????????

keep your mind calm. think positive & remain cheerful. forget the past & try to live like a normal healthy person. all the best.
