Heroin recovery question?

Question by Vahé: Heroin recovery question?
I’ve been reading Layne Staley’s biography, and he asserts that you need your family around when you are trying to recover from heroin. His wasn’t available. Is it a requirement of the programs that your family be involved? What do you do when your family is not available as was his case?

I’m not a heroin addict, but I am curious.

Family is very important during Heroin recovery however If your family is not available then you will have a hard time recovering, Ive never been addicted to heroin so I wouldn’t know the exact answer but I think you should get some advice and more info from those Free Drug Recovery hot lines
