PLEASE HELP ME. MY DRUG PROJECT IS DUE THIS FRIDAY and i need to know this info. Whats the punishment for possession and trafficking of crystal meth IN CANADA!!???

All I know is that it has something to do with, grams, how much you consume, if you are a dealer, producing of it, etc.

PLEASE HELP

Also, does anyone know what Schedule I, II, III, IV, V means?? It’s in the laws for drug trafficking and possesion but i dont know what is means!!

I’ll tell you what it means though – you most likely have a drug problem and should consider getting help. If you tell the judge this and sound sorry enough he may take it easy on you.

I assume you are a US citizen?

In America it mostly varies from state to state. Some just use the “tough love” route and just lock you up for several years. Others may put you in jail for awhile but if you do their drug programs and such you’ll get out earlier. Canada seems to be more liberal so I would assume they would go with the jail time reduce by drug councelling. After you serve your time you’ll likely be deported and bared from returning for at least 10 years, maybe permanently.

This is the US’ federal listing of drug classifications. Methamphetimines are classed as schedule 2 drugs.
