Help! need help with dad?

I have posted this before.

My dad is an alcoholic and drug user. How can i get him some help!?
My dad has been an alcoholic for about ten years and a drug user for about five. He has been in and out of treatment centers for as long as i could remember. He says he wants to stop , but he just can’t. He is also in the emergency room at least once a week. He calls himself. They don’t even take him seriously at the hospital anymore. It’s like they don’t even wanna help someone like him. I know he has lost a lot of his brain cells and i feel like he is losing his mind. He has had a psychiatric evaluation but they say nothing is wrong with him.. Whats wrong with these people? I know he has major problems and i know bad things have happen to him in his past that made him this way. He is not sane enough to really wanna get help. What can i do? I love my dad and don’t want him to die:(

I don’t live with my dad . I’m twenty two years old. I’ve tried telling him everything . But he is not all there in the head to even understand what i’m saying.

My mom is always trying to help my dad even though they haven’t been together for 15 years! He has a big family that loves him. But he is way into deep with this addiction. He has severe depression also.
