Help! “Hidden” Fitness tips?

I try to work out, and do diets to be healthier, but I always quit after the first or second day. I believe using the wii fit was hidden, and it was atleast something, hah.
Is there anything simple I can do that isn’t a “work-out?”
I can’t climb stairs, but Is there anything that I can do at home that is like a “hidden” work-out?
