my friends 17 year old son has spent several thousand dollars on beer and alcohol since his dad went to prison.his dad killed his stepmom while drinkin and driving. the kid buys all the alcohol (beer ,wine, whiskey ) and breaks the glass containers with a gun or he breaks the full beer by throwing them into the street watching them explode then he laughs and cheers, what can i do??
