Have you heard of or used ViiBryd and/or Ambien?
Question by Shane: Have you heard of or used ViiBryd and/or Ambien?
I was prescribed ViiBryd (for anxiety and OCD) and Ambien (for insomnia) yesterday. I was just curious if any one has been prescribed either of these for the reasons I have and how effective they were for you? I understand every persons experience wont be the same, but I am still curious.

I have been on both, and both of them had side effects for me that I could not tolerate. But that does not mean that they won’t work for you. The Ambien made me feel like I was going crazy and it did not help me sleep, while the ViiBryd made me feel very bad and did not help anxiety or depression in my case.
But try them, and see how you do. If they are not working, you will be able to tell, and get them changed. I send you my best wishes on finding medications that work for you and make you feel better.

I’ve been taking Ambien for years and it has worked wonders for me. No side effects.
