Have you ever been………………..?
Question by chevypirate00: Have you ever been………………..?
I’m a mix between a cherokee indian mother and a Caucasian father. Demographically, I’m termed Caucasian. This question is geared towards those of similar ethnic origins. Have you ever been the target of a racially motivated attack?….Have you ever been called whitey, honky or….CRACKER…gringo?
Now answer this…have you ever owned another human being for the purpose of forced labor? Have you ever beaten or whipped or kicked another human being for a lack of work ethic?
I live in the neighborhood I grew up in as a kid. The neighborhood is about 75% African American and Hispanic American. This started in the mid-eighties with the rise of crack cocaine. I recently bought the home I grew up in from my mother because she wanted out. She has been robbed 3 times. I’ve been back here, in that house, for 2 months and since I’ve been robbed twice, my truck and home have been egged, my truck also had sugar poured in the gas tank costing 2500 bucks to repair, my oldest dog had his throat cut and was hung over the front gate. I’ve been cut off at the gas pump and when asking the individual why, was told “shut the F*** up cracker ass or I’ll gut you where you stand.” My mom moved because of this…she is 73 years old and payed for this home for 40+ years. I refuse to give it up!!!
Racism goes BOTH ways!!!!!!!
MOVE? just like that huh…move out from the family home….LMFAO……that’s what they freakin want me to do…..the ONLY way I’ll EVER leave is to die!!!!!!
I have the right to live where I want to without the attacks!!!….F U!!!!!!
Black Italian Girl:
I treat people like people….the way I want to be treated….regardless of ethnic origin…I consider myself lucky to be a “half-breed”….I gt the best of two cultures….but only if I ponder the good of both cultures. I’m not saying all individuals of a certain ethnic origin are this way….the lady next door is black and she is one of the sweetest human beings I’ve ever met…I can’t be a person that groups all members of one ethnic group in an over-generalzation…I would be no better than the ones attacking me…regardless of the nappiness of their hair or the size of their lower lip….the civil war was 145 years ago and if the fight came again I’d be wearing a BLUE uniform or running a stop on the underground railroad…we fought the fight and bled the blood required….but the country is still split along those lines….I live it EVERYDAY!!!!!
Ms. Tay:
