Question by bigshot: Has anyone got sores on knuckles and elbows after quit drinking?
I quit drinking after years and i got itching sores on knuckles and elbows, started drinking again and they went away. And does anyone know what foods to eat when you quit to calm your self down? I got extreme anxiety for those two years.

Yeah, same here. I quit 5 years ago and my knucklets, elbows and knees were killing me. My doctor told me because the alcohol had diminished all my calcium reserves and I had to take calcium tablets for several months before things got better!
