Statistics show clearly that this eduction is greatly effective to reduce the spread of disease and improve the overall health of communities, all communities, since diseases of drug use communities spreads to all. If every drug user cleaned their needles according the procedures outlined hear, 80% of HIV cases around the globe would not occur.
