I’m pregnant by an one night stand and I have a drug problem. I was addicted to meth before I got pregnant and and I can’t seem to break the habit. I’m trying and I want to give this baby a good life, so I’m in rehab. The father says he wants a DNA test and if he’s the father he says he’s taking the baby from me:( Can he get custody? I’ve really been trying hard. I’ve been clean for a month or so. I just want to keep my baby.

If the court sees you as an unfit mother, then yes they can take the baby. Make sure you keep away from any type of drug or alcohol to prove you can be a good mother to your baby and they can’t give him full custody. Doesn’t matter if was a one night stand or not
