Question by KandiB: Good teen rehab centers in CA?
A close friend of my family has been having a rough time latley and her grandparents and friends are very worried about her. She is 16 and addicted to heroin. Does anyone know any good detox/rehab centers in CA, I’ve been looking around the Newport Beach/Orange County area but I havent really seen any place yet..if you know any..or have been to any of them please comment. Thanks.

Here is TWO of the BEST I know of in Southern California:
Teen Challenge and Calvary Ranch

Both have really excellent success rates. I know at least 12 people who have gone through the Teen Challenge Program and four (4) that have gone through Calvary Ranch. All of these folks have been clean a minimum of two years now, with one going on nine years.
