Question by That G: Getting sent to rehab for nothing?
Well i was arrested for criminal mischief and that was my charge nothing else. but they did a survey on me asking if i have done drugs in the last 12 months and i said yes and alcohol and i said yes. they said how many times i said like once every three months and alcohol once every six. i said never gotten drunk. and that i didnt do marijuana for a while already. so now i got court in three months can they send me to rehab for this without charging me of drugs?

No, and if they do you would be sent on a false charge. They can’t charge you unless they do a drug test on you. Like actaually peeing in a cup and if it is false they can’t send you to rehab.
