BERKELEY HEIGHTS, N.J.—-Genta Incorporated announced that the Company will host a conference call and live audio webcast of its 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at 9:00 am ET at The Madison Hotel in Morristown, NJ.
