Franklin County oxycodone dealer gets 78 months in jail
Robert Burnell, 28, of Highgate was sentenced in federal court Tuesday to 6 1/2 in prison for his part in a major oxycodone distribution ring in Franklin County that was broken up with the arrests of 14 people in February and March 2009.
