Fostoria man found guilty of trafficking in crack cocaine
A Fostoria man who was arrested in December on drug trafficking charges was found guilty of trafficking in crack cocaine after a two-day jury trial this week. A jury found Marquis Smith, 34, guilty of trafficking in crack cocaine and not guilty of trafficking in cocaine Tuesday, according to court documents.
