fighting marijuana addiction?
Question by jamaicob: fighting marijuana addiction?
Well pretty much i smoke a average spliff once or twice a day i don’t smoke cigarettes but i do use tobacco to roll spliffs but i use as little as possible. I have only really been smoking this much for about a month and i know its not long and pretty much its been about 3 days without it and im almost losing it and i dont want to give into temptation. I wanna be able to smoke it and not be addicted. i dunno if putting myself through through self discipline enough will fight an addiction enabling me to smoke it when ever without wanting another the next day or is it just impossible. and anyone who says just quit No cause its best medication for feeling depressed.
I understand that it is not an addictive substance. However i guess anything is addictive in the head thats why im asking is it easy to fight the addiction to a feeling you always want to have

Pro-tip: you can’t get physiologically addicted to weed like you do with alcohol, tobacco, or nearly every other drug. It’s all in your head.
If you want to stop being addicted in your head, the first step is not making it your crutch. If you’re feeling depressed, getting stoned every now and then isn’t going to solve it. Talk to someone, because a good conversation can go a long way if it isn’t clinical, and maybe even so if it is.
It’s all about attitude.
