Question by animallover1965: fetal abuse equivalent to child abuse? How about smoking in front of the child?
Should fathers who use drugs (including smoking) during their partner’s pregnancy face criminal prosecution? Do you think a wife should be able to sue her husband for infertility problems caused by use of cocaine or other harmful substances?
