And My Lawsuit will be over the right to use Marijuana as Medication and the sum of Two Billion Dollars for tramping on the Bill of Rights, The 10TH Amendment as well as federal and state laws.

Now with figures like that, how in the world does the Court system think the Federal Government can be a fair judge when they, the Federal Government, receives pocket money like that.
Get real people. Would you want that kind of money taken away from you for siding with the public over pill makers? Also, as long as we have weak Mayors, like the one in Anacortes, Washington and even weaker Police chiefs, the sick and disabled citizens will continue to be mistreated by the Federal Government.
The American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Public Health Association and other medical organizations support marijuana use under the supervision of a qualified physician.
Justice Thomas said that Congress made it very clear under 1970 federal law that marijuana was what we call a schedule one drug. That’s the most restrictive regulation of an illegal drug. If Congress had meant to include a medical necessity defense, it wouldn’t have made it a schedule one drug, because one of the criteria for getting on schedule one is that there is no generally accepted medical use of the drug.
Why is Congress even messing around with what has historically been entrusted to state lawmakers? Does this Act of Congress not interfere with the democratic process, when States that deal first hand with the sick and disabled vote and agree, to stop the needless suffering of the people with the agreement of their physician-assisted help?
Now once my book gets known it is going to go like wildfire.

Why should this man and his family suffer when he already goes through passing out when he has no Medical Marijuana? Why should him and his family have to worry about being thrown out of their home over the Medical use of this drug when it is allowed in Washington State?
