Please can some one out there help me, every time I click “Help and Support” on my Windows Vista start menu. this prompt comes up; “Internet Explorer cant download / from help” what could be the problem with my windows?
It then appears to be downloading in the background and when i click ok it quits. Pliz come my way.

On some newer operating systems, it gets the help from the internet. If you don’t have internet, then it most likely won’t work. But if you do have internet, then let it download and don’t click ok.
