Elmira area police report
* Shawn A. Ocorr, 24, of Rochester, was charged Dec. 18 with aggravated driving while intoxicated with .18 percent blood alcohol content and speeding after a traffic stop. Ocorr is scheduled to appear Jan. 11 in Avoca Town Court.
