EBR DARE officer receives top honors
An East Baton Rouge Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) Officer received top honors Thursday night. Sergeant Patricia Carr was named Dare’s “Officer of the Year” at the DARE Officer’s Training Conference Banquet.

Day-care molestation case continues
An investigation continues into a Hanover man accused of molesting three girls at an Aspers day care, and a Camp Hill attorney says he represents several families who are considering a civil lawsuit against Bretzman Day Care Service based upon “inappropriate touching” of children by the suspect.
