Dunsmuir man convicted of torturing woman
On Monday a Siskiyou County jury found 34-year-old Dunsmuir resident Joseph August Marsala guilty of torture, false imprisonment, assault by force and several other charges stemming from an incident that occurred between May 22 and May 27, 2009, a Siskiyou County District Attorney news release stated.
